I Shanick Nicole Cáceres Victoria, am a 20-year-old girl who loves cats and especially to teach other people a little of what she knows.

Currently studying courses and techniques related to early childhood education to one day create her own kindergarten and I hope one day to improve her English.

 My name is Mary Carmen Colomb I am 22 years old I studied at the Arts and Crafts school in the Bachelor of Automotive Mechanics is something that I am passionate about and at this moment I am studying Primary Education, I like music I also love reading romance novels I have three brothers and three pets my favorite hobbies are playing soccer doing exercises I like to go out with my friends and finally my parents are the best that has happened to me in life.

1. A bit of me

In this activity we talk a little about ourselves by answering questions pre-written by the teacher in the form of a paragraph.

In this activity I describe partner Mary Colomb, appearance, personality, feelings and emotions.

In this activity we investigate different types of expressions that can be applied in everyday situations.

4. Getting to know our families in a fun way 👪

This activity is about each of the students making a genealogical tree in order to meet the relatives of our friends. It was fun to see how each one described their family. This helped us to unravel the language when speaking in English.

5. My beloved family (dialogue) 

This is a video that I shared with my partner with the topic of her family and my family,there we were able to talk about their hobbies and skills of each one.

We talked about two public events that marked us. The events can be political, sporting, musical and others.

7. Educational applications for teaching English 

This activity is about an application to teach the subject of comparative in a didactic way and hand in hand with the technology that will make it fundamental for teaching in these times and for the future. 

8. Let’s make comparisons 

In this activity we make prayers comparing different categories, such as: books, movies, sports, among and others.

The instructions were to make a video about our favorite food dish and its preparation, we also had to make a space fill that helped us to practice listening.

9. Free time and hobbies 🎹🎪🎨

In this group activity we had to write a dialogue that was: entertaining, it would use the writing rules learned in class, it would talk about our hobbies and a special place we would like to visit. Using the sentences the teacher gave us.

10. Comparing my friends and family

Using the different qualities of our friends or family we will create comparative and superlative sentences, we must give importance to the grammar rules and thus we express ourselves correctly.

What did we learn?

 

Shanick Cáceres: I learned the correct structure of comparatives and other subjects that were complicated for me, because I have always been bad at English for not understanding how to order my words and the rules.

Amarilis Atencio: In this course I am very interested in the subject of superlative and comparative, there were many rules but I like to know how to differentiate them and put them into practice in class.

Mary Carmen Colomb: What I liked the most of everything we gave this semester were all the dynamics that our teacher gave us so that we could understand the classes in a fun way, what caught my attention the most was knowing the things or the most important dates for our classmates to also know the relatives of each one of them in short, everything that was given was of great satisfaction for me and my colleagues. 

Ana Sofia Colomb: This course has been very interesting, I liked the sharing and superlative, there are many rules, but that’s the interesting thing, the family tree is very beautiful, I consider it a creative way for children to introduce us to their family. 

Zulay Ríos: Well what I have learned from the english class many concepts and new words that I really did not know. family members,comparative sentences.
